How long does it take for admins to approve my review?

Please allow 1-2 hrs. for our team to approve your review.

I don't see my review posted right away.

Once our team has approved your post, please allow 24 hrs for your review to be visible on all devices (desktop/mobile/tablet). Your review is usually visible instantly on desktops but it could take several hours to upload on mobile devices.

Can I post several reviews at the same time?

We recommend posting one review per day. Our rating system has an automatic spam filter that will possibly prevent you from posting several reviews in a short period of time in order to avoid spam attacks. Especially if using the same IP address.

I can post using Facebook, Gmail or as a Guest, which one is the most recommended?

We recommend using the Facebook login for faster updates. You might also be allowed to post several reviews consecutively if using the Facebook login. If the platform does not allow you to post several reviews at the same time even after logging in with Facebook just wait until the next day to submit your next review.

What type of content is prohibited or will not be approved?

Explicit content and use of bad language will not be posted. While we want to create a free of speech atmosphere where both parties (homeowners and contractors) can share their experiences, we need to preserve basic standards of communication and respect.

Can users pay to receive special benefits?

Our team will not offer or accept money or any sort of compensation in exchange of special privileges such as: delaying someone's review intentionally to benefit the other party, accept/decline a review against them, delete reviews to benefit a certain party, etc.
